This page explains what information this site collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is written in plain language on purpose.
Who runs this site
Sell It First is a small digital-product business operated from Canada. For anything to do with your data, email support@sellitfirst.co.
What we collect
- When you buy: your name and email address, so we can deliver the product and send you the receipt. Payment is processed by Stripe through our checkout provider, systeme.io. We never see or store your card number.
- When you sign up for emails: your email address, and anything else you choose to give us.
- When you visit: standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view, collected by our hosting provider (Vercel) and by the tracking tools described below.
Advertising and analytics cookies
This site uses the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure whether our ads work and to show relevant ads to people who have visited. It sets cookies and may send Meta information about your visit, such as the pages you viewed and whether you made a purchase. Meta's own use of that data is governed by Meta's privacy policy. You can limit ad tracking in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and you can block cookies in your browser.
Emails
We send transactional emails you need (your download link and receipt). If you opted in to updates, we may also send occasional emails about new prompts and products, sent through Brevo. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by replying or emailing support.
Who we share data with
Only the service providers needed to run the business: Stripe and systeme.io (payments and checkout), Brevo (email), Meta (advertising measurement), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to deliver what you bought, support you, and meet legal and accounting obligations. Email subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe.
Your choices and rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@sellitfirst.co and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law, and we will honour them.
Children
This site and product are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with an updated date.
