Terms of Sale
These are the terms you agree to when you buy from this site. They are short because the product is simple.
What you are buying
A digital product: a PDF of prompts (and any bonus files shown at checkout), delivered by email and download link immediately after payment. Nothing is shipped. Prices are shown in US dollars; your bank may convert to your local currency and applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
Your licence
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own projects. You may not resell, share, republish, or redistribute the files or their contents, in whole or in part, or present them as your own product.
Refunds
15 days, no questions. If you are not happy for any reason, email support@sellitfirst.co within 15 days of purchase and you will be refunded in full. You do not have to explain why.
No promises about results
We do not promise that you will earn any particular amount, or any amount at all, and we do not promise any specific outcome. What you are buying is a process and a set of prompts. What you build with them, and every decision you make along the way, is yours. Nothing here is financial, legal, or professional advice.
Third-party tools
The prompts are written for ChatGPT and similar AI assistants. Those tools belong to their own providers, we are not affiliated with them, and their availability, pricing, and output are outside our control. AI tools can be wrong; check anything that matters.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
